PowerSkate is an action-packed, high energy instructional power skating program geared to hockey skaters that focuses on balance, power, agility, speed and endurance. Skills, techniques and conditioning drills are taught in a progressive format that emphasizes how the skills apply to game situations. PowerSkate provides an alternative to figure skating and is an excellent complement for those athletes playing on hockey teams.

Respect In Sport
If the respect in sport question is hanging you up you can put in 12345 for now and complete it by Sept 1st.

Peewee and Atom
Team sizes are tight, If your child doesn’t register by June 30th we risk not having Peewee or Atom teams, and since Canmore’s registration deadline is the same as ours they won’t be in a position to take on many extra players. Register this week!

Last Year’s Initiation Team
You must register by June 30th for Novice so that we can submit our teams to the Rockies Hockey League.

Hello Hockey Families,

It’s that time of year again! Online registration for the 2018-2019 season is open from June 1-30. Please register on time to avoid the $50 late fee and being placed on a waitlist for your intended program.

Program Information for all age divisions and 2018-19 fees can be found on our website at

Please also remember to complete your Respect In Sport – Parent certification before online registration begins in June. As per the Hockey Alberta Bulletin, Respect In Sport Parent AND Respect In Sport Coach now have to be recertified every 4 years. Anyone who has completed this prior to 2015-16 must recertify RIS for the upcoming season and prior to registration. More information can be found on their website at
